Alternative Dispute Resolution

The Consumer Dispute Arbitration of Lisbon is an out-of-court means of resolving consumer disputes that allows consumers and businesses to resolve consumer disputes that affect their relationships through a fast, simple and low-cost procedure.

The operation of the Centre complies with the provisions of Law 144/2015 of 8 September and the Regulation itself.
